Right of withdrawal
This information applies to consumers who are resident in the European Union and are entitled to a right of withdrawal under the consumer law of their country of residence.
Separate note
Our service begins immediately after the order with the customer’s express consent and is usually performed in full within the withdrawal period. Once the service has been fully performed, a withdrawal is therefore no longer possible.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal you must inform us (EAS International, Urs Zimmermann, Klybeckstr. 141, 4057 Basel, Schweiz; e-mail: info@eori.lt) of your decision by an unambiguous statement (e.g. by e-mail or letter), quoting your reference number (EOLT-…). It is sufficient to send the notice before the withdrawal period expires. You may use the following text: “I hereby withdraw from the contract concluded by me for the service of preparing and submitting an EORI application. Reference number: … Name: … Date: …”
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we refund all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of the day on which we received your notice. We use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction.
If you asked us to start the service during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the share of the service already performed at the time you notified us of the withdrawal.
Early expiry
Your right of withdrawal expires early when we have fully performed the service (the application has been submitted to Customs) and you had expressly asked us to begin before the end of the withdrawal period and had acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service is fully performed. You give this request and acknowledgement by ticking the corresponding box in the form.
